Central Procurement Consultants (CPC), recently broke new ground by being the first Zimbabwean based consultancy firm to pen a memorandum of agreement with the world-acclaimed supply chain and procurement body, The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) for Business Africa. This special relationship now enables CPC to tap into the resources provided by CIPS, which has a global community outreach of over 200,000 practitioners in more than 150 countries organisation.
Born out of this partnership is the ability of CPC to offer globally accredited training materials fused with a local flavour to suit the Zimbabwe environment and laws. The training practises involve dedicated and customised educating and training the staff, to improve organisational performance. CIPS trained tutors are now able to jointly deliver training courses and undertake workshop presentations with CPC teams. Clients are assured of deriving the best value for money by engaging CPC in finding permanent solutions to their procurement and supply chain challenges. The CPC and CIPS collaboration is solidified on common basis of totally dedicated, vibrant champions, pushing for the very best practice in the supply chain fields.
To add icing on the cake for all CPC offered trainings/workshops is the issuance of attendance certificates endorsed by CIPS and this a great milestone because these certificates show practical knowledge of attendees and add marks to continuous professional development (CPD) coursework or studies.
