Mr. Kagande, a final year PhD student at the Centre for Postgraduate Studies (CPS), University of Zimbabwe, boasts a proven record and extensive experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Management across various sectors, including the UN, Global Fund, and NGOs. He played a key role in drafting Zimbabwe's new public procurement bill and regulations, advocating for best practices and is committed to promoting best practices in public procurement. His passion lies in developing strategic leaders in procurement for the public sector.

With over 5 years of experience in administration, Takudzwa possesses strong team building and collaboration skills. Her kind and open nature enables effective collaboration to develop innovative solutions for diverse organizational challenges. Shelton Hwande

With over three decades of experience, Shelton is an accomplished Supply Chain Management practitioner skilled in procurement, logistics, operations, consultancy, and academia. As an MCIPS member, he holds supervisory and management development diplomas and a Masters degree in supply chain management from the University of Bolton, UK. His expertise is further enhanced by various professional and in-house training qualifications, ensuring a wealth of knowledge in the field.
